Shakshuka is a Libyan dish that was adopted by Israelis. Still, not all of
them know how to make a decent shakshuka. I love that dish and I order it
sometimes when I am up and about earlier in the day. Strangely enough, one time
they served me something with ketchup that almost made me sick. I need to pay
more attention in the future. Luckily, some Israelis take their shakshuka very
seriously, like this guy in Yaffo. Dr. Shakshuka makes one of the best
shakshuka's I ever tasted and is it serving Middle Eastern style with a variety of
side dishes. I guess my pictures were not good enough, so I am adding one from
the web to give everyone a better idea. |
