In a food processor, combine scallions,
cucumber, cilantro, garlic. lime juice amd water. P; process until finely chopped.
Add avocado; process until smooth.
Add yogurt, kefir, curry powder, and red pepper to food
processor; process until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, until well chilled.
Pour into bowls, garnish with cucumber slices, a sprig of cilantro and sprinkle
a bit of salt on top.
Serves 4.
