6 bandhania leaves minced
5 garlic cloves minced
1 habanero pepper minced
1/4 cup lime juice
pinch of salt
2 green (near ripe) mangoes cut into thick slivers
or
2 large cucumbers or 6 kirbies diced
or
2 medium pineapples diced.
Chow is a delicious and easy to make Trini delight. In this picture there are
three kinds: pineapple, mango and cucumber. You can substitute the fruit or
vegetable of your choice. The recipe is for one dish.
Preparation:
put everything in a bowl and toss until uniformly
