Place cabbage, cucumber, salt, cumin and lime juice in a food processor or
blender until desired texture is achieved. I like everything to be very small,
but not totally liquefied. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
Put the water, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric and pepper in a blender. Blend
to a smooth paste. Add to the bowl - add the EVOO and mix it all up.

You can replace the turmeric and the hot pepper with 1t (each) of the
powdered versions. As usual adjust the quantities to suit your tastes and
