3 medium hass avocados pitted and halved
1 lime, juiced
1/3 cup red onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, mashed
1 cup diced vine tomato
1 fresh jalapeno pepper seeded and minced.
1 cup diced orange or yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp chopped bandhania
kosher salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions
Scoop this avocado meat and place in a medium bowl. Mash with a fork or a potato
masher leaving some large chunks. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
thoroughly.
makes about 3 1/2 cups.
Garnish with a slice of lime, a sprig of cilantro and serve.
