CARIBBEAN MISTRESS - page 2 of 2

GARNISH

1 ounce liqueur of choice
cilantro leaves

Pick a liqueur form one of the neighboring countries. There is a rich choice, from the Guatemalan Quezalteca through the Mexican Pox, the Puerto Rican Pitorro and many others. I find Cointreau to be more available though that is not quite from that area.

DIRECTIONS

Add ice to shaker to about the 2/3 line and top with tequila. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Using a strainer, pour into a serving glass filled with ice. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.

SERVING

Pour into heavy base straight whiskey glasses and garnish with a cilantro leaf. Serve with a bowl of sliced mango drizzled with the liquor of your choice to give it that glistening appearance. Ideally, the drinkers should use their fingers to  pick the mango, alternately, sipping their cocktail and licking the juice off their fingers. Place a bowl of moist towelette packs within reach.

*Most people forget that Mexico is also on the border of the Caribbean. Thus the tequila.

PLAY*ME

In the Caribbean Islands, mango is a slang word for a perfect juicy pussy. The concoction described herein, is intended to stimulate one's memory and/or imagination. Careful who you share this with, it will have a strong aphrodisiacal effect.
