CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Ingredients:
  • 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 C milk, half + half or cream
  • 1 1/2 T unsalted butter
  • 1/2 t pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of fine sea salt
Dipping Ideas:
  • fruits cut into bite size pieces
    (bananas, peaches, strawberries, mangoes)
  • smaller berries on skewers
    (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • and my favorite:
    banana bread
Instructions:
prepare the dipping ingredients and set aside
combine chocolate, butter and cream (or milk) - melt gently in a bath of simering water
stir to make it smooth
add more cream or milk if it is too thick.
place on a fondue stand and serve with your dippers
