Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl - add lemon
juice and mash until smooth. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic,
pour in wine and heat until bubbling.
Reduce heat stir in cheese and cook until melted stirring frequently.
In a small bowl, blend flour smoothly with sour cream and avocados and add to
the cheese mixture.
Cook for 5 more minutes stirring frequently.
Serve with chili peppers, bread and bell pepper cubes.
