CAJUN SEASONING
Ingredients:

3 T paprika
2 T garlic powder
2 T cayenne
1 T ground black pepper
1 T ground white pepper
1 T onion powder
1 T dried oregano
1 T fine kosher salt
1 T crushed red pepper (optional)
2 t dried thyme
  Sofrito from ScrumptiousEarth
 

Put everything in a mason jar. Screw on top and shake 'til everything is nicely blended.

You can store this for up to a year, but hopefully, it won't last that long.

This Cajun spice mix will come in handy in just about any Cajun dish you'd like to cook ne be it crawfish etouffee, jambalaya or gumbo. It will also spice up a lot of other dishes. Use your imagination.
