Before you start to cook anything you need to do some preparations.
Wash everything (except mushrooms), dice your veggies cube your meat and
potatoes, squeeze the lemons, mince the garlic, bread the cutlets, beat the eggs
and so on. Mushrooms should be wiped gently with a wet paper towel.
If you are making a salad, all you need to do is put the
ingredients in a bowl, add oil, lemon (or vinegar) and toss. For a stew, once
you fire up that stove, you just add the ingredients at the proper times.
